We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and workmanship. Our bins are hand crafted from the finest materials available. Since they derive from nature, minor imperfections and colour variations can be expected.

Site Preparation:
Your assembled Bin Solution should be placed on a level, solid foundation such as cement, interlocking brick, or wood decking. If the site you choose is gravel, soil, grass or asphalt, use 2? x 2? cement patio stones as the foundation.

Wood Finish (Premium Pine Bin only):
If you have purchased an unfinished Premium Pine Bin, we strongly recommend that you stain or paint the bin before leaving it out in the elements. One 4-litre can of paint or stain is sufficient for one bin.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify within 15 days of receipt if there are any missing or damaged parts.
